All of our national deliveries are made using Signed for & Tracked services for your peace of mind. Our standard delivery option will get your order to you within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items ordered & your postcode location. If you have any questions please do contact us.

We offer our full product range with local delivery to the surrounding towns & villages within 20 miles of Waterside Garden Centre, in some cases we can deliver further in the local area. Full details are available on request.

Our standard delivery option will get your order to you within 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Please be aware that stated website delivery charges apply to online orders only and not to purchases made at our Garden Centre.

If you are a member of the Waterside Garden Club we will add your loyalty points from your online purchase to your Garden Club account for you.

We deliver nationally across the UK and we use a network of national couriers - where possible we will supply tracking information for your order. Our standard delivery option will get your order to you within 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Please note currently we have restrictions on national delivery on some of our product range. Details can be found at the top of the page. All other products remain available for National Delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Furniture Delivery - there may be an additional charge for delivery dependent on your location.

If your postcode is in an extended area (Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Islands) there may be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a quote.
If your postcode is in Northern Ireland, we are sorry but there are restrictions on the size/range of products we can send. Items weighing over 5kg will be automatically cancelled. Seeds, plant products & pesticides cannot be sent to Northern Ireland. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands.

Free Delivery - NATIONWIDE only available on qualifying online orders where the total weight of the order is below 30 kg. For heavier items - a delivery charge may apply.

1. Order online & complete your payment (click & collect is not available without prior payment in full).
2. Wait for a call from our team – who will tell you when your order is ready to collect.
   Please DO NOT come to the garden centre before we have given you a collection slot as you will be turned away.
   Please make sure to INCLUDE a phone number in your order details.
3. Bring your order confirmation with you and come to our designated collection point.

This service is only available from our centre in Baston, PE6 9NY. We aim to have collections ready between 24-48 hours from time of order. You will be notified by phone that your order is ready to collect.

Please wear a face covering when you come to collect. Please note due to COVID safety regulations we WILL NOT pack/load your car. The products ordered will be brought to you at the collection point, but you will be responsible for loading your own vehicle.

Free Delivery on furniture is offered by Waterside Garden Centre and varies on location of the delivery - please see the product listing for details. Free Delivery available on local online Furniture orders - also available in store.

Delivery charges for furniture may vary and the free shipping may not be valid for certain areas of the UK. If you have any questions please do contact us. Please note furniture delivery time varies per location and may be more than 5 working days.

While every effort is made to deliver extra large purchases such as garden furniture, indoor furniture and bulk bags within 10 working days, it may take longer.

If delivery is likely to exceed this estimate, we will contact you within 2 days of the order being placed.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

If delivery of the goods is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible, however we will not be liable for delays in arrival of goods.

If substantial delays are expected you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If nobody is available to accept the goods at the delivery address provided, a card or contact text/email will be left for you to re-arrange delivery (Monday to Friday ONLY). If you do not re-arrange delivery within the time specified by the courier, further costs may apply. The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver, or first attempt to deliver the goods to the delivery address given on your order.

Information given on your order is used to address delivery of the goods therefore it is your responsibility to ensure all details including contact telephone numbers are correct when placing your order.

Certain orders may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or from various locations, this may lead to more than one delivery to complete your order.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday and that orders placed on a Friday before a Bank Holiday may not be processed until the next working day.

Delivery estimates for orders placed after 2pm are calculated from the next working day onwards and not from the day that the order was placed.
