Take the guesswork out of roasting and smoking meats with this Digital Thermometer by Bradley Smoker, providing the ability to check the internal temperature of your meat with a stainless steel probe and pre-programmed meat list.

To use, simply choose which meat you would like to test the temperature of from the built-in list, then select your roasting preference (rare, medium or well-done). The temperature of your meat will then be displayed on the digital screen - you can also set an alarm to be alerted when a specific temperature or cooking time has been reached.
