With this innovative barbecue from Char-Broil, you no longer need to choose between cooking with charcoal or gas - the hybrid cooking ability of this grill allows you to choose the simplicity of gas, before converting to charcoal for a smoky finish. Converting from gas to charcoal is simple, taking less than 60 seconds and requiring no tools.

For convenience, charcoal can be poured directly into a stainless steel tray and ignited by the gas burners - a barbeque lighter is not required. The gas bottle is stored inside the barbecue's compact design, with easy access to connect or disconnect the gas through the access flap. The charcoal tray evenly distributes the heat for the food on the cast iron grates, which retain heat for longer and provide a true barbecue finish with perfect sear strip marks. Both the charcoal tray and grates are easy to clean and can be moved with the included grate lifter, conveniently stored right next to the grill.
