Chlorophytum comosum Ocean (12cm) Spider Plant
The more commonly known Spider Plant or Chlorophytum comosum Ocean is popular amongst indoor plant lovers as it looks delightful in bright areas, often placed in indoor hanging baskets to admire the full effect of the spidery leaves.
Spider plants are also easy to grow & look after. The Chlorophytum has green & white stripy stems with the appearance of spider-like legs drooping over the pot.
The spider plant is also pet-friendly! Whilst the plant is safe for cats, they are intrigued by Spider Plants because they are mildly hallucinogenic - Spider Plants produce chemicals that can induce your cat's obsessive behavior (similar to Catnip).
