Pak Choi Shanghai - Very quick and easy to grow for tender 'baby' salad leaves or large mature plants with crisp, crunchy stems. Delicious in authentic oriental dishes, salads and stir fries. Prefers fertile moisture retentive soil. For easy access grow as baby leaves in patio containers. They will re-grow for up to to 4 cuts. Pick leaves as required to encourage re-growth.

Chard White Silver 2 - Easy and rewarding to grow, providing delicious, versatile crops over a long season. Use tender leaves as spinach and crunch stems as celery. braised, steamed or stir fried. prefers well drained soil. Feed every 2/3 weeks to increase yields. Protect with cloches in cold weather from October onward. Prevent weed free and well watered to prevent bolting.
