Rocket Salad Leaves - A delicious peppery flavour, add the leaves to salads and give a new dimension to the tastes and textures in the salad bowl. Use 'cut and come again' baby leaves. Prefers rich well drained soil and some shade. Add to other salad leaves for a rich strongly flavoured salad.

Cress Fine Curled: - Very quick and easy to grow, producing crops within days, of narrow white stemmed, green leaved shoots with a pungent spicy flavour. Great in salads, with egg sandwiches or as a garnish. Sow cress 3/4 days before mustard if required together. For continuous crops sow at approx 2 weeks intervals.

• Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid
• Firm gently and keep moist&

• Pick baby leaves as required, a few from each plant to encourage regrowth
• They will regrow up to 4 cuts
• usually younger leaves have a milder taste
