JBA Seed Potatoes
Charlotte - Second Early
With wonderful cooking qualities and a great flavour, it's no surprise that the Charlotte potato is the most popular salad potato variety in the country. Their long yellow-skinned tubers enclose a firm, waxy yellow flesh, which tastes great in salads but can also be used for boiling, baking and even chipping.
Charlotte potatoes can be grown early in the year for a summer harvest, or can be planted in August so that they are ready in time for Christmas. This seed potato variety has a good resistance to tuber blight and are ready to harvest in approximately 13-15 weeks.
