JBA Seed Potatoes
Saxon - Second Early
Saxon potatoes have a great taste, which makes them a great versatile option in the kitchen. Although great for mashing and roasting, this variety is particularly strong when being boiled or baked as they won't disintegrate or lose their texture.
As a second early seed potato, you should expect to harvest a high quantity of Saxon potatoes in the late summer months; the white-skinned tubers have a good resistance to most potato diseases and store very well.
