With a high resistance to foliage blight, common scab and powdery scab, Ulster Spectre seed potatoes are a popular 'new potato' variety which can be harvested as early as June.
Also known as Cheshire potatoes due to their popularity in that area, this white skinned and white flesh potato is a great choice for boiling, baking and chipping.
