A white-fleshed Dutch beetroot with a very sweet flavour
Albina Vereduna is a Dutch beetroot variety with white flesh, sweeter in flavour than red beetroots. Sow these seeds for delicate flavoured beets that pair well with fish & poultry dishes. Young leaves are also edible and can be used raw or cooked like spinach.
Sow outdoors between March-July & they will typically be ready to harvest between June-October.
