Boltardy is a popular multigerm beetroot variety that doesn't bolt, ideal for early sowing
Awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit
Boltardy is a multigerm beetroot variety with great bolt resistance, making it a favourite for early sowing. These seeds will produce tasty even-shaped beetroots with a good colour & texture that are a great source of folate & potassium. They can be lifted young as baby beets or left to mature for larger beets.
Sow outdoors between March-July & they will typically be ready to harvest between June-October.
