Mr Fothergill's Mixed Lettuce Leaves Pre Sown Seed Mats
A pack of pre-sown mixed lettuce seed mats for quick & simple sowing with no mess. These 20cm mats are pre-sown with a colourful mix of lettuce varieties for tasty & nutritious lettuce leaves that are a great source of vitamins C & A.
Each seed mat contains Catalogna, Cocarde, Curled Red American, Grand Rapids, Salad bowl Red & Rossa di Trenta varieties in equal quantities.
Sow between March-August & they will typically be ready to Harvest between April-October.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow outdoors in 23cm patio pots with drainage holes
- Place the mat into a pot filled with compost, cover & water well
- Place outside in a warm sheltered position & keep moist
- If seedlings become too crowded weaker seedlings can be transplanted
- For mature plants transplant up to 20cm apart
- Harvest a few leaves from each plant as required
- When up to 5cm high leaves will re-grow quickly for up to 4 'cuts'
- Grow seed mats one after another for a long harvest season
